3. Services Fees

TeleTeam charges a 30% service fee on the total project value for project facilitation. This fee covers platform maintenance, payment processing, and customer support. The remaining 70% is transferred to the freelancer upon project completion and approval by the client.

4. User Obligations

• Clients must provide clear project descriptions and timely feedback.
• Freelancers must deliver work according to agreed-upon deadlines and quality standards.
• Both parties must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely through TeleTeam’s designated payment system.
• Clients must fund the project before work begins.
• TeleTeam releases payments to freelancers upon client approval of completed work.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, TeleTeam will act as a mediator to find a fair resolution. Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith. TeleTeam reserves the right to withhold or refund payments based on dispute outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

• Clients retain ownership of the work delivered by freelancers unless otherwise agreed.
• Freelancers may showcase completed projects in their portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality.

8. Limitation Of Liability

TeleTeam is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our platform. We strive to ensure a reliable hiring experience.

9. Termination

TeleTeam reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or fail to adhere to platform policies.

10. Govering Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

11. Amendments

TeleTeam may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
